Lee Director & Insurance Specialist
Lee has a wealth of maintenance experience. Previously a Senior Manager of a Japanese Merchant Bank, for 15 years. In charge of and overseeing the Administration Division to include; dealing room budgets, building infra structure, disaster recovery, media librarian, all telecoms, office/dealing room relocations completed over a three day weekend (bank holiday), whilst everyone was off the clock and returned on Tuesday morning being able to trade as normal.
After gaining 5 years of relative experience in estate agencies, dealing with Property Management, Lee developed a great reputation for her work, and joined us in 2010, she absolutely loves it here. Lee became Director in 2016, one of the proudest moments of her life, running the administration side of the office, including accounts, booking contractors and overseeing all work, she notes “I am known as Hawk eye” as she has a complete eye for detail.

Why Lee loves her job
“I’m kept busy every day – I’m the most impatient person you’ll ever meet however this ensures everybody is kept happy as I make sure work is done on time”.
Lee loves looking after her grandson Jamie (not to be confused with our Project Manager Jamie…) – he loves BMX and they are always out rain or shine. In her spare time, Lee likes to keep active and go to the gym.

Born on the Island, Jamie was raised in Canning town and has always had his heart set on joining the workforce.
Jamie joined iMaintenance in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since, having worked on over 500 flats over the last 7 years.
He is a father of three who lives in the heart of E14, truly your “local contractor”.

Why Jamie loves his job
“I’m never in the same place twice, there are a variety of jobs and challenges which help us grow professionally every day. Put simply there are never 2 days the same and I truly love the different challenges.
Jamie is married and has 3 children. He is a true family man and enjoys every one of his children’s different characteristics, which all in part reflect him and their mother.
Jamie’s true love away from family (and football) is fishing. He goes to France every year for the best fishing in Europe and is a season ticket holder for his beloved West Ham.
